Puppy Application Form for Braque d'Auvergne
Thank you for your interest in welcoming a Braque d'Auvergne puppy into your home. The Braque d'Auvergne is a versatile and affectionate breed known for its gentle nature, keen hunting instincts, and strong bond with its family. To ensure that each puppy is placed in the best possible environment, we ask all prospective owners to complete the following application.

About the Braque d'Auvergne:
Temperament: Loyal, intelligent, and sociable with family. They are excellent companions and versatile hunters.
Exercise Needs: High energy level, requires regular physical activity and mental stimulation.
Training: Quick learners, but can be independent; early socialization and obedience training are essential.
Health Considerations: Generally healthy but may require regular vet check-ups and preventive care.

The decision to pursue a litter is not taken lightly. Dogs bred for family, show, the field or just because all have a significant impact on the breed. When your breeding population is as small as the North American Braque D'Auvergne population it becomes imperative that you be intentional with breeding selection. That is why I have actively sought out Nick Moody's Braque D'Auverne, Lakeland. A great family dog and phenomenal hunting dog Lakeland earned a prize II in the NAVHDA NA test while being run by his 10 year old daughter!
